Deborah R. Winograd, PhD
Deborah Winograd received her undergraduate degree (BS) in Psychobiology with Departmental Honors from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and her graduate degree (PhD) in Counseling Psychology from the University of Southern California (USC) where she studied existential psychology. Her research and clinical interests include interpersonal neurobiology, cognitive theory, and identity development. Dr. Winograd is a psychologist, consultant, curricula developer, and writer in the social neurosciences. She is the clinical director of the Organizational Mind Group, PC.
Beth A. Cohen, PhD
Beth Cohen received her undergraduate degree (BA) in Psychology from Ithaca College, attended law school at Weidner University Law School, and received her doctorate degree (PhD) from Alliant International University, Los Angeles with an emphasis in clinical and organizational psychology. Dr. Cohen is a clinical & organizational psychologist, national speaker, certified meditation instructor, and organizational consultant. Her expertise includes trauma, threat assessment, organizational and individual well-being, and disaster/critical incidents response. Dr. Cohen has built and directed programs for the University of California and across the nation in both the private and public sectors. She has an extensive background in human resources, employee assistance, occupational health, and risk management. Dr. Cohen serves as a thought leader for diverse organizations across the country. She is founder and administrator of the Organizational Mind Group, PC.
